Piper Reynolds

Mrs. Piper Reynolds is a dedicated and passionate educational leader who demonstrates a steadfast commitment to excellence, equity, and student achievement within the Detroit Public Schools Community District. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University and later completed a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and an Education Specialist Degree at Wayne State University.

With more than twenty-five years of experience, Mrs. Reynolds has devoted her career to empowering students in Mathematics and Science across all grade levels, K–12. Her impact extends far beyond academics—she is deeply committed to nurturing confidence, curiosity, and character, ensuring that every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.

Having served as Assistant Principal of Pershing High School, Mrs. Reynolds now proudly steps into her role as Principal of Nolan Elementary–Middle School. She brings a bold and purposeful vision grounded in collaboration, high expectations, and strong community partnerships. Mrs. Reynolds is committed to working alongside families, staff, and stakeholders to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
